We are pleased to announce that Gimmal Migrate has a few updates: We’ve added the ability to conduct advanced Documentum Analytics in our new Document Analytics and Discovery Tool, and there is a new version of MAPIT for M365.
Documentum Analytics Tool
Users will now be able to perform a detailed analysis of their Documentum environments as part of pre-migration planning or to conduct an environment review. Our analysis tool will allow you to generate detailed analytics on document counts, versions, metadata, mime types, list of checked-out items, empty containers, and advanced ROT (redundant, obsolete, and trivial data) reporting. In addition, you will be able to generate tree view hierarchy reports to report back on structures and depth as well as permission/access control reports. The Documentum Analytics Tools will further enhance your migration experience by helping you understand your data and what you have prior to conducting any migration.
New Version of MAPIT for M365 (Version 4.7.4.1)
MAPIT for M365 enables our customers to achieve the highest speed migrations into SharePoint Online and OneDrive from file shares, and other complex Content Services (ECM) source repositories. This new version of MAPIT includes cumulative bug fixes.
